The first conversation should establish what the building needs and what the site allows. Room use, occupancy, glazing and building orientation inform the cooling requirement. Equipment locations, ceiling space and access affect the installation approach.

For a replacement, provide the existing indoor and outdoor model numbers and photographs. Existing ducts, pipes, drains and power connections need assessment before their reuse is included in a proposal.

A useful quotation makes the boundaries clear: equipment, controllers, piping, drainage, ductwork where required, electrical work and access arrangements. Ask which building works, approvals and making-good tasks are included and which require coordination with others.

Our existing project process covers survey, load assessment, system design, drawings where required, installation, testing and handover. The detail depends on the selected system and site.
